Who We Are

Creating a New Standard in Baked Goods and Snacks

Established in 2019, Dough & More Food Industries (DAMFI) is an Egyptian joint stock company founded with a bold vision – to redefine the standards of packaged bakery products and snacks in Egypt through innovation, quality and manufacturing excellence.

Operating from our state-of-the-art 15,000 sqm manufacturing facility in 6th October City, DAMFI combines advanced European production technologies, premium ingredients and a highly experienced team to produce baked goods and snacks that consistently exceed consumer expectations.

Through our growing portfolio of brands, including Breadway® and Twispy®, we continue to introduce innovative food solutions that meet the evolving needs of both consumers and foodservice partners.

Today, DAMFI is recognized as one of Egypt’s most technologically advanced baked goods manufacturers, serving thousands of retail outlets nationwide while continuously investing in innovation, people and operational excellence.

[/vc_column][vc_column width=”5/12″ tablet_sm_width=”1″]

Our Story

A Vision Turned into Reality

Every great company begins with a simple idea.

For DAMFI, it was the belief that Egyptian consumers deserve bakery products produced to the same standards as the world’s leading manufacturers.

That belief inspired the creation of a company built around innovation, continuous improvement and uncompromising quality.

From pioneering sourdough technology in packaged bread to introducing healthier baked snack alternatives, DAMFI continues to challenge convention and raise expectations across the bakery category.

While our portfolio continues to evolve, our purpose remains unchanged: creating products that people enjoy and trust every day.
